KEEPING AN OPEN MIND - OPTIMIZING YOUR POTENTIAL!

LISTEN TO AUDIO MESSAGE
Hello, iReps. I’m Karen Goodman, your Director of Field Training and Support here at the Home Office, and I wanted to share with you another strategy for effective business building.  When you put the practice of keeping an open mind into your business and encourage others to do the same, you will experience potential you may not have even known existed.

Peter Diamand once said, “Have an open mind - allow different ideas into your way of thinking.”

Think about when you first started as an iRep with our company.  You more than likely experienced health benefits from our products because you were “open” to it.   Once you experienced those benefits and wanted to share our products with those you know and love, you were “open” to the idea of building a business and earning supplemental income.

It was an open mind that helped you take the step toward better health and well-being, and it was an open mind that has brought you here today as a business builder with our company.   When you are speaking with potential customers or prospects, it’s your goal to encourage them to keep an open mind.  A key question you can ask after you have gotten to know your potential prospect or customer and discovered their needs is, “I have something exciting to share with you, do you have an open mind?”

Rarely does anyone respond with, “No, I don’t have an open mind and I am not willing to listen to what you have to say.” Almost everyone you ask that question will state they are willing to listen to what you would like to share because they in fact have “an open mind.”

One thing to consider as you share. Let your prospect know that they can feel confident in trying our products or considering our opportunity because the risk is limited with our 90-day satisfaction guarantee on their initial order.  They can become a customer or start a business virtually risk free. This alone will help your prospects keep an open mind and heart.

Rachael Ray says, “Work hard. Laugh when you feel like crying. Keep an open mind, open eyes and an open spirit.”  Think about what you may have missed out on by not keeping an open mind about our products and opportunity. Share your story with others and encourage them to consider the possibilities and to keep an open mind.
