Preparation can be a key factor in eliminating stress, achieving goals, and giving ourselves the confidence we need to be successful in everything we do. • You pull the receipes
• You make your shopping list
• You do plan time to prep and cook food
• You set the table
• You clean your house
• You’re ready to celebrate and enjoy your family and friends.
