Hi iReps - I’m Karen Goodman, your Director of Training and Field Support here at the Home Office. Today I wanted to share with you, business building tips that will save you valuable time, and produce big results!
“Success seems to be connected with action. Successful people keep moving. They make mistakes, but they don't quit”. Conrad Hilton
Meetings, conference calls, and events are the GLUE that keeps your personal business and your team together. People like to belong to something much bigger than themselves, and they like knowing others who are going through the same successes and challenges they are. They like to do things in a group setting and have a sense of being part of a team.
In addition, meetings, calls and events help you work smart. You can do training in a group setting, which frees up your time. Better yet, take advantage of the weekly calls hosted by the Home Office. This relieves you from having to plan and organize your own call weekly. You can then follow up with your team after each weekly Home Office call to connect, answer questions, and provide additional clarity and support to your team. The enthusiasm generated by a group experience is contagious.
What calls does the company host weekly to support you and your team members?
Monday’s from 5:00 to 5:30 PM, Pacific Time, we host our Biz Op/ Product Training Call. This call is open to all iReps, their guests and prospects. This is a perfect call to support your recruiting and business building efforts.
On Monday’s from 6:00 to 6:30 PM, Pacific Time, we host our Rise to Enterprise Power Call, on which many of the most recent and up to date company announcements and reminders are made. Not to mention, a different Enterprise Gold or Silver is on hand to offer training, insights, and motivation to help you achieve your business goals and objectives.
Smart networkers leverage meetings, calls and events to build their network marketing organization. Whether you are a brand-new network marketer or seasoned field leader, it’s important that you participate in meetings, calls, and events. Leverage the group setting to build excitement in your team, and to TRAIN your team. It will help you work smart and get better results in your business.
