4 WAYS TO BUILD YOUR NETWORK MARKETING BUSINESS DURING THE HOLIDAYS!

LISTEN TO AUDIO MESSAGE
Between shopping and wrapping, and baking and gifting, the “flexibility” of having your own network marketing business makes it very easy to put your business on the back burner during the holiday season. However, that is the LAST thing you want to do!

While your business-building activities may look a bit different this time of year, the holidays can provide an excellent opportunity to ramp up your activity as we move into the New Year and the prime recruiting months of February and March.

Here are 4 ways you can build your business NOW to capitalize HUGE in the New Year:

Sampling: Network Marketing is a lifestyle business, and what better opportunity to meet a ton of new people while going about your regularly scheduled activities, than during the holiday season? Carry samples with you, in your vehicle and your purse, and LOOK for opportunities to gift someone with a sample in exchange for their contact information. Here’s a great one-liner you can use at drive-thrus, in line while out shopping, at the grocery store, at holiday parties, and anywhere else you may find yourself throughout this holiday season: “It was so nice meeting you today! I’m actually expanding my business in the area, and I’d love to give you a sample so you can try Liquid BioCell® for yourself… and if you promise to use it, I promise to call and follow-up after the holidays!” This is a simple, no-pressure way to make a new contact, get your product into their hands and give you the perfect “excuse” to give them a call after the New Year!

Blitz Cards: This is a very passive way to get a few quality leads each week, and the holidays are a great time to put this activity into action! When you’re out shopping, simply park at the back of the parking lot and put a blitz card on the driver’s side door of each car you pass on your way to the store! Do the same on your walk back to your car!

Reconnecting: Holiday parties and family get-togethers are a great way to reconnect with family and friends you haven’t spoken to in a while! This is NOT the time to “pitch” them about their business! Be a good LISTENER… ask great questions about what they’ve been up to and find out what’s currently going on in their life. Chances are you will hear “something” that will indicate they may be open to looking at your opportunity: “We’d love to put Sarah in ballet lessons but they’re just so expensive!” “Going back to work has been hard since the baby was born.” “We’re hoping to take the kids to Disney World this year if we can afford it.” After the holidays, give them a call and simply say, “Hey, I was thinking about what you said at the Christmas party about those ballet lessons for Sarah. If I could show you a way to earn a few extra hundred dollars each month without interfering with what you’re currently doing, would you be interested in taking a look?” It’s that simple!

Gifting: If you have a product or service that makes a great gift, be your own best customer! Our friends and family practically expect to receive one of our products as part of their gift each year, and they LOVE it! The holidays provide an excellent opportunity to give the gift of your product and follow-up after the New Year to see how they liked it!
